Delivery Terms
- All delivery and installation dates are estimated. We here we are unable to meet the dates provided, we are not liable for any resulting loss, costs, expenses, liability or damages you or a third party incurs.
- If an action by you, or a supplier or contractor employed by you, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, results in a delay in delivery, you will give us a reasonable extension of time to comply with our obligations. We reserve the right to charge for any reasonably incurred costs (including storage and additional transportation) unless the delay was caused by our breach of contract.
- We will endeavour to place the ordered unit at the requested location on your site. In some circumstances specialist equipment/road closures may be needed to achieve this, in which case we reserve the right to charge for any additional expenses incurred. In this instance, we will agree any additional charges with you in advance.
- Our equipment will be unpacked and the packaging removed for each delivery.
- Deliveries are arranged on weekdays (excluding bank holidays) between 9:00 and 17.00. Any requests to arrange delivery outside of these hours may be considered, but will incur additional charges and will be agreed in advance.
- If the equipment needs to be installed by one of engineers, that will take place within one day of the delivery of the equipment.
